Our brand new development in Wheelton, Lancashire - Coming soon in 2027!
We’re delighted to announce a brand new development, located just off Victoria Street, in the heart of the charming rural village of Wheelton.
This new site will offer an exclusive collection of just 7 beautifully designed, four bedroom homes. Wheelton is known for its village feel and countryside surroundings making it an exceptional place to live.
There will be 3 house types in total. Two of these - ‘The Windermere’ and ‘The Cartmel’ - are currently featured at our Pinewood Lane development in Bowgreave.
We will also be introducing a brand new house type, ‘The Thirlmere’. This will be the largest on the development, with only one property of this type available at Wheelton.
As with all Brindle Homes developments, these properties will be built using locally sourced, natural materials, finished to the exceptional standards that define our homes.

We welcome you to visit our show home at Pinewood Lane, where we regularly host open viewing days. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for the quality, specification, and attention to detail you can expect at our new development.
Preliminary site works are now underway, with construction progressing later this year. We currently anticipate that the Wheelton show home will open in Spring 2027.
